Commercial Support

Secret Labs AB offers commercial-grade technical support on the Python Imaging Library (PIL). This support package is mainly targeted at companies who use PIL in commercial applications, or mission-critical internal applications.

But this package gives you more than just someone to send your questions and bug reports to. The standard package includes:

• Technical support on PIL and included extensions via priority e-mail, up to 10 hours per 12-month period.


• Priority bug support on PIL and included extensions. Secret Labs will provide bug fixes or suggest reasonable workarounds in a timely manner.


• Early access to development and beta versions of future PIL versions.


• A fixed per-hour price on extra support hours, up to 40 hours per year. Alternatively, this can be used for PIL-related consulting, including further development and customisation. (For larger projects, please contact info@pythonware.com)


• A warm and fuzzy feeling from helping us keep PIL an open source product!
