Privacy

The short version: your files never leave your device, and there is no account system, so there is nothing to collect about you beyond what any web server sees.

Your files

Files you open with any tool on this site are processed entirely by your own browser. They are not uploaded, not copied, not queued, not scanned and not retained. When you close the tab, the working copy in memory is discarded along with the page. No tool on this site has the ability to send a file anywhere, because none of them contains code that would do so.

What a web server sees

Requesting a page necessarily reveals your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser you are using, and web servers record that in access logs. This is true of every website you have ever visited. It applies to the HTML, CSS and JavaScript of this site, and not to your files.

Third party code

The PDF tools load two open source libraries, pdf-lib and pdf.js, from a public content delivery network the first time you use a PDF tool. That request tells the network which library you asked for, in the same way as any other page request. If you would rather it did not happen, the libraries can be self-hosted, and the source of this site includes the note explaining how.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in local storage. If analytics or advertising are added later, this page will say so, plainly, before they are.

Children

There is no account system and nothing is collected, so there is no age-specific data handling to describe.
